EXHIBIT SPACE: is 8ft. x 8ft. Each table is 8ft. long & 2.5 ft. wide with 2 chairs provided. We have some larger spaces available and wall space now for the same price rate. |

The deadline to send payment is February 25th for the $80 exhibit rate. The rate is $90 after Feb 25th. SAVE TIME & MONEY- Call now and get your space! You can email us payment by Paypal for S.D. LOADING INSTRUCTIONS: Arrive early at 6:45 a.m. for easier check-in time with us. Set-up time begins at 7:00 a.m. The loading dock is located on the back side in the Boys and Girls Club. Once you drive your vehicle in the back please don’t block the loading area. Once done unloading please drive your vehicle to the front parking lot. Earliest time for breakdown is at 3:40 p.m. *Remember – The Early bird Admission time is at 9:30 a.m. for the eager buyers open to the general public at $8 admission.
